This patch is for trunk, where we preserve the current behavior. That is
X-FRAME-OPTIONS are turned on by default. We can decide if we should do the
same for branch 2 after the code reviews are over. If needed I will post a
patch with X-FRAME-OPTIONS disabled for branch-2
