It looks to me the Kafka approach would be much more useful, because it can
integrate with many popular existing consumer systems at the same time. To
solve the issue [~mingma] mentioned before where a Zookeeper cluster may be
better, maybe Zookeeper can be populated with the events as a Kafka consumer to
support lots of client users?
