Thanks [~vinayrpet] a lot for the help to create the testcase for the issue
reported in HDFS-10587. Attaching it as rev 001 here, since it really creates
one scenario we found in HDFS-10587, which got fixed by HDFS-4660. That is,
reverting HDFS-4660, HDFS-9220, and HDFS-8722, the test failed as expected. So
this test makes a perfect unit test for HDFS-4660.
