Considering there exists another legacy class here:
hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs-client/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hdfs/client/impl/BlockReaderLocalLegacy.java
So are we going to keep the configurations regarding this class
"BlockReaderLocalLegacy" while removing configuration code about
"dfs.client.use.legacy.blockreader" ?
