fuse-dfs hasn't compiled by default in a long time, I made it compile by
default in HDFS-780, but ran into this issue so reverted to how it was. If
we're willing to support fuse-dfs (there was discussion of removing it from
contrib) then we should get the ASF infrastructure to be able to compile and
run the tests.
