* I agree with moving {{NamenodeHearbeatService}} and {{NamenodeStatusReport}}
to another JIRA, I just created HDFS-10687 for that effort.
* I think is fine to leave admin tasks for future JIRAs. Not sure it will save
much in terms of size of the patch size as the calls have to be there as
unimplemented anyway but I think is better for review.
* The connection from the Router to the NN will need its own effort to make it
performant; I would leave this as an initial version and then work on top of it.
The JIRA name is a little generic right now, we can tune it once we narrow the
functionality.
[~jakace], do you mind removing the namenode heartbeating part, the admin
methods in addition to my other comments from last week?
