I have updated the patch. About your comments, I have fixed 1, 2, 5, 6, 7.
About 3 and 4, I think the current method name and usage may be more suitable,
because {{addErasureCodingPolicy}} always does not need lock the
{{FSDirectory}}, which is similar to the {{addCacheDirective}}.)
