I run the failed unit cases locally with the latest HDFS trunk + this patch,
four unit cases passed.
But TestDFSUpgradeWithHA still failed. I again run the TestDFSUpgradeWithHA
against the latest HDFS trunk code, it failed too.
And I have double checked the failed unit case, it's not related with the code
change in the patch.
