Upload a new patch V4.
In this patch, AutoCloseableReadLock and AutoCloseableWriteLock are added.
The AutoCloseableLock is replaced by the AutoCloseableReadLock and
AutoCloseableWriteLock, and the synchronization locks by block ids are added
when AutoCloseableReadLock is used.
