Thanks [~hanishakoneru]. The patch lgtm. The test case needs fixing.
In TestFsNameSystem.java:
# Line 319 - the assertFalse should be assertTrue. Also the comment on line 313
should be fixed.
# Line 308 - the sleep can be removed.
We can also change the writeLockReportingThreshold to 1 millisecond to cut down
the test run time.
