Standby NN Pause duration alert keeps getting

Hi Team,

Standby NN Concerning bad health due to GC  Pause duration and alerts keep
gettings.

we have given Java Heap size of NN : 7.8 GB

Standby NN consumes heap memory used 7.5 GB of 7.8 GB heap memory.

Please provide the solution as earliest.
