One more rev. Fixed the missing break and used the new constants.
For the null checks, the rest of the json parsing logic in HttpFSServer doesn't
do any for required parameters. So I think this behavior is inline with the
rest of the code.
For the suppression, I copy-pasted this style from code blocks right above, so
would prefer to leave as is.
