Attaching v04 patch to address following. [~anu], kindly take a look.
* Restored old behavior of getQueryStatus to return volume paths even if the
volume is removed. Made VolumePair to hold the volume paths.
* Accordingly changed the expectation in TestDiskBalancer. Test will not expect
DiskBalancerException and instead awaits for the status to reach PLAN_DONE.
