It looks like the test failed due to not waiting to see all its replicas after
{{DFSTestUtil.createFile()}}. I'm attaching a patch by adding
{{#waitForAllReplicas}} function. Also, tried an attempt to replace
Thread.sleep(10000). Appreciate reviews, thanks!
