Output of various hdfs commands is as follows:
{code:java}
fsck /
{code}
shows system as healthy.
{code:java}
dfsadmin -report
{code}
lists 12 files as under-replicated.
{code:java}
fsck -list-corruptfileblocks /
{code}
shows 12 files as corrupt. These files are not listed when running the 'ls'
command.
This looks like an issue has also been reported on
[StackOverflow|http://stackoverflow.com/questions/37776860/hadoop-namenode-under-replicated-blocks-not-found-in-fsck]
for hadoop version 2.6.4 with no resolution.
