Thank you [~umamaheswararao], attached another patch addressing the comments.

2=> This comment is not required here and this came due to copy-paste the
previous test case. Actually this has to be refined for the previous test case
as NN-DN command exec is finished, I've modified previous test case as part of
this patch.

I've another jira to handle the retries at the DN side HDFS-11032, I'll
incorporate your suggestions in that patch.
