TestFailures are unrelated..[~liuml07] thanks for updating the patch, LGTM, I
will wait for commit till [~jnp] looks into this issue.
bq.Perhaps this came up before, FWIW should we set up Jenkins builds for that?
I think, this can good idea. we can start discussion on this and let us see
response from others.
