Description:
This JIRA tries to add unit tests for extended ACLs in HDFS, to cover the
following scenarios:
1. the default ACL of parent directory should be inherited by newly created
child directory and file
2. the access ACL of parent directory should not be inherited by newly created
child directory and file
3. changing the default ACL of parent directory should not change the ACL of
existing child directory and file
4. child directory can add more default ACL in addition to the ACL inherited
from parent directory
5. child directory can also restrict ACL based on the ACL inherited from parent
