Posted v004 patch.
# added some log functions in DataNodeFaultInjector to make it easy to verify
slow operations in terms of timing.
# added some extra tests to cover 4 scenarios of slow data nodes.
I will to add test in next patch for delaySyncingWriterOsCache.
