Thanks [~Sammi] for the patch. Sometime back I had created HDFS-11082 to
address the {{replicated EC policy}} case separately. Can we separate out these
changes from this jira patch and push via HDFS-11082 jira. I think that would
help to do more focused code reviews and get chance to add more unit test
cases. Any thoughts?
