The following tests have failed on all or most PreCommit-HDFS-Build builds
since #408, as far back as Hudson has retained data.
It is possible that they stopped failing after build #442, since they did not
fail in 443-446, so at this point they are under observation rather than active
work. But I suspect the haitus is just due to intermittent failure.
