The checkstyle warning was not introduced by this patch. Hi [~clamb], would you
please help to review the v5 patch ? This patch adds GETFILEBLOCKLOCATIONS
operation to HttpFS, it complies with WebHDFS and File System API. I also
reused some common code to parse JSON strings from JsonUtil class in order to
reduce the code changes.
