Attached an initial patch for this. I'd really appreciate if anybody from the
HDFS Devs could review it and maybe make some suggestions. What I'm the most
uncertain about are the NameNode::get/setServiceAddress() methods, how this
should work in simple, HA and federation setups. Also, I tried to fix as many
unit tests as I could, but most likely there will be some more that are broken
by this incompatible change.
