The 2nd patch fixes the findbugs error, most of the checkstyle errors (in some
cases the 80 line length is hard to keep), and most of the unit test errors.
However, I intentionally didn't fix TestDFSUtil.testGetNNUris() as I'm not 100%
sure about the correct way of handling the nameservices in that test (exact
same issue as in NameNode.get/setServiceAddress()).
