Thanks for the review [~eddyxu]. Sure,
DFSConfigKeys#DFS_CLIENT_SLOW_IO_WARNING_THRESHOLD_DEFAULT was already
deprecated on 2.8.0 release and I believe its safe to remove this config key.
Attached v02 patch removing the deprecated
DFS_CLIENT_SLOW_IO_WARNING_THRESHOLD_DEFAULT in DFSConfigKeys. Kindly take a
look.
