This JIRA adds the reference of containers to cblock. A reference of container
is the handler to some container, that can be used to *actually* talk to an
existing container.
HDFS-7240 already provides a container reference class, which is
{{org.apache.hadoop.scm.container.common.helpers.Pipeline}}. This JIRA adds
references of this class to relevant meta data classes in cblock.
