Hi,
Could I get a review on this if/when someone has time? This is slowing
HDFS-9807 since they touch the same code.
Based on the people who previously reviewed changes to the BlockTokenIdenfier,
I think [~chris.douglas], [~andrew.wang], and [~daryn] are good candidates for
review. Of course, [~arpitagarwal] as well as he's the reporter.
