Description:
This JIRA adds the container APIs, such as create container, delete container
etc exposed to users. In addition, this JIRA adds container references. The
container references can be used to actually read/write to containers. More
specifically, the references are instances of class
{{org.apache.hadoop.scm.container.common.helpers.Pipeline}}.
Note that HDFS-11424 is closed and those changes have been merged into this
JIRA.
