Actually, for this stack trace, it does a pretty good job of telling you what
happened:
got exception trying to get groups for user ___
org.apache.hadoop.util.Shell$ExitCodeException: id: ___: No such user
In other words, the username that hadoop is trying to use doesn't exist on the
machine and therefore can't get any group information.
