Thanks [~andrew.wang] for the quick taking on this. The patch looks pretty
good. A little minor towards +1, in addition to the check styles, could you
refine {{testCreationErasureCodingZoneWithInvalidPolicy}} by the way, since we
don't favor {{ErasureCodingZone}} concept any more.
