TestBackupNode.testBackupRegistration stopped recurring after build 455, which
corresponds to the first submission under HDFS-1891.
However, TestBackupNode.testCheckpoint also failed in build 466 which is after
464, corresponding to the second submission under HDFS-1891. (But we are now at
build 475, and it hasn't failed since 464). Continue to observe for
intermittent failure.
