Looks good overall, thanks for revving Manoj! One question though, in
FSImageFormatPBInode, is it necessary to set the replication factor for an EC
file? I commented this line out and ran a few EC unit tests successfully. It'd
be nice to unit test this to make sure we aren't writing extraneous fields to
the FSImage.
