Thanks [~andrew.wang] and [~tasanuma0829] for the review. Attaching v04 patch
to enable EC policy in the needed tests only. Also, extended
{{TestEnabledECPolicies#testValid}} based on Takanobu's comment. Please tae a
look at the patch.
