[~anu] Thanks for your clarification.
I have some other questions about this JIRA, but I'm thinking it's not good to
ask before the first patch is uploaded. It's a fundamental function, and I'm
not sure I have the capability to take it over. But I'll be glad to review your
patch and after this JIRA is finished, I will try to fix HDFS-11062.
