Summary: AccessControlExceptions not logged in several files

I am conducting research on log related bugs. I tried to make a tool to fix
repetitive yet simple patterns of bugs that are related to logs.
AccessControlExceptions occurred 114 times in Hadoop 2.7 source code and in 97%
of the time they include a log statement. However in later releases, these new
files include AccessControlExceptions exceptions without any log statements:
hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hdfs/server/namenode/CachePool.java
/hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hdfs/server/namenode/FSDirStatAndListingOp.java
