[~szetszwo] One comment, probably we should a file JIRA for this. Commands
from SCM (returned via hear beat) can trigger operations on container.
Currently Ratis entry point seems to be RPC. So how would you want to handle
that ? Should the datanode send an RPC to itself ? or should we build one more
entry point ? Something to think about.
