Thanks [~busbey] for your advice. I have moved the related unit test into
hadoop-hdfs-client module.
And also thanks [~andrew.wang] for your comments, I have addressed these in the
new patch. For the test problem, currently I moved the
TestRequestHedgingProxyProvider into hadoop-hdfs-client module, and the test
goes well, do you think it means that the failover proxies can be instantiated
without hadoop-hdfs dependency?
