You change seems reasonable to me, but I saw
{{MiniOzoneCluster#setHandlerType}} was called several places with *local*
value, see
# TestKeys:84
# TestOzoneContainer:119
# TestOzoneVolumes:85
...
if the value was not correctly set, how they worked as expected? Is there more
bugs under cover?
