once we have KSM up and running -- we need to switch the default handler type
to ozone. As and when we fix stuff we need to fix test cases too. I will commit
this for time being.
[~cheersyang] So that tests that work are correct, since we did not have KSM
only handler that was functional was "local". if we attempted to set the
handler to ozone, then we would get a failure.
Mukul has been trying to get createVolumes working with KSM and then ran into
this issue.
+1, LGTM. I will commit this shortly.
