Hi [~drankye], {{-listCodecs}} is used to follow other ec subcommand name
style. The output format of {{]-listCodecs}} likes the following,
Erasure Coding Codecs: Codec [Coder List]
RS [RS-native, RS-JAVA]
RS_LEGACY [RS_LEGACY-JAVA]
