[~jojochuang] I see the issue, thank you for the explanation. But the original
stack trace you posted is from {{initReplicaRecoveryImpl}}, right? So your
current patch would not solve the issue? Should we instead reread the checksum
from disk (assuming that if the length was not updated in memory due to
exception, probably the checksum also was not) and then set it via
{{rip.setLastChecksumAndDataLen()}}?
