Attachment: HADOOP-14503.006.patch
Attaching a v6 patch that fixes TestBalancerWithHANameNodes and disables backup
node unit tests to fix the TestHDFSServerPorts and TestBackupNode failures.
Still need to investigate the three timed out tests -
TestDataNodeMetricsLogger, TestJMXGet and TestDataNodeReconfiguration.
