Hi, [~manojg] Thanks for taking care of reviewing.
Catching {{TimeoutException}} around {{waitForBalancer}} only, because if
{{waitForHeartBeat()}} throws Timeout, it is not due to the mis-calculation of
disk usage. So it should not be ignored.
