As a first step toward a webui for KSM/SCM we need to start and stop a
HttpServer2 with KSM and SCM processes. Similar to the Namenode and Datanode it
could be done with a small wrapper class, but praticly it could be done with a
common super class to avoid duplicated code between KSM/SCM.
As a result of this issue, we will have a listening web server in both KSM/SCM
with a simple template page and with all the default servlets
(conf/jmx/logLevel/stack).
The https and kerberos code could be reused from the nameserver wrapper.
