[~linyiqun] My vote is to go the way suggested by [~cheersyang]. Simply because
it keeps the REST protocol consistent. I would presume that is more important
than the internal consistency. I certainly prefer this as a query param than a
path param. I not even sure if can have this as a path param, due to issues
mentioned by [~cheersyang]
