Now usage of ec commands looks like this after regroup:

[-removePolicy -policy <policy>]
[-getPolicy -path <path>]
[-setPolicy -path <path> -policy <policy>]
[-unsetPolicy -path <path>]
[-listCodecs]
[-help <command-name>]

I am not sure whether this order is OK. Any comment is welcome. Thanks in
