bq. This patch will create a test failure in TestKeys, that is because the
Datanode restart was not restarting the DatanodeStateMachine. With this patch,
It does restart the DatanodeStateMachine, I will follow up with another JIRA to
fix that issue.
[~anu], please file separate ticket for the known test issue above. +1 for the
latest patch.
