Post v010 patch to save some iteration time, since I think [~linyiqun] is in a
different time zone. Please review.
Also realized that there were double async in earlier patch. i.e.
{{sendCommandAsync}} is asynchronously calling {{sendCommand}}, then commands
are again asynchronously calling {{sendCommandAsync}}. Instead we can have just
one, that is commands asynchronously calling {{sendCommand}}. Which is what
comes with [~nandakumar131]'s suggestion. So I removed {{sendCommandAsync}}
API in v010 patch too.
