The checkstyle errors are because of more than 7 parameters for the
constructors of {{ProvidedReplica}} and {{FinalizedProvidedReplica}}. The
failing tests are unrelated. The ASF license warnings are not caused by the
patch. Committing v002 to the feature branch.
