+1, on this change. Thanks for catching this issue. 

Do you think we can maintain average time per op. So we can print out the 
performance from the client point of view?  There is also an added detail that 
from the ozone-client perspective we create one XcieverClient per pipeline( a 
set of datanodes). So when we close the XcieverClient, we should probably 
collect this info.
